MICROWAVE CUSTARD TART
Ingredients
1. 385 g Full cream sweetened condensed milk.
2. 800 ml Milk.
3. 3 x Teaspoons custard powder.
4. 200 g Tennis biscuits
5. 250 ml cream
6. 2.5 ml sugar
Preparation
a. Mix 1 - 3, pour into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 15 minutes. (High setting)
b. Place the biscuits in a bowl to form a base for the tart.
c. Mix cream with 2.5ml sugar and stir until it forms a paste
d. Pour the hot cooked custard mix on the biscuits and let it cool down.
Cover the tart top with the stirred cream.Sprinkle with decorations of your choice. Refrigerate.
